The Communication and Information Technology Commission (CITC), Riyadh, announces a new National Numbering Plan (NNP) of Saudi Arabia. The new NNP requires a change in the Geographic Numbers by adding one digit ('1') before the NDCs of Geographic Numbers. The change will take place in two phases as described below.
